We spend one third of our lives asleep. What if we could use that time to explore creative concepts, gain insight and guidance or even just have a heck of a lot of fun!

Dream and lucid dreaming has become a forgotten art form. Each of us has been born with the hardware to operate in ways and have experiences which defy space, time and gravity! 

Traditions such as Tibetan Buddhism and many shamanistic cultures around the world for thousands of years have looked to sleep and dream to guide decisions, provide insight and have experiences that we are unable to access in the waking state of consciousness. 

This workshop will introduce you to the basics of dream and sleep including the power of pre and post hypnotic states as methods of self improvement and self understanding. 

As the accomplished lucid dreamer and forefather of modern psychology Carl Yung famously said "Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate".
