Second only in importance to the quality of the food we consume, is the health of our digestive system. If we are not properly digesting our food, we are unable to break down and assimilate all the wonderful vitamins and minerals contained within it.
Join Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Kerryelle Bucknell for a this informative workshop were we will learn about how the digestive process works as well as practical tips and tricks to boost your body's digestion. Following the talk, we will learn some simple breath (pranayama) techniques to switch our bodies from a sympathetic state 'Fight, Flight or Freeze' to the parasympathetic state of 'Rest & Digest' where the magic of digestion happens!
We will finish with a gentle 'Reset' using yin yoga poses that focus on nourishing and aiding the digestive organs and processes.
