Paleo, Vegan, Vegetarian, Pescatarian, Carnivore, Keto, FODMAPS, GAPS, Blood Type diet… the list literally goes on and on!? No wonder we are confused.
My approach to nutrition is simple, like our food should be!
I believe we are all bio-unique individuals and as such there is no 'one way to eat' that is 100% right for every person. What works for me, might not work for you, however within that approach, there are foundational truths that are resonant with us all… namely, the need to consume high quality, properly prepared, wholefoods, with little or no processing.
I believe in a holistic approach that respects the fact that true health is a combination not only of what we are fueling our body with but also how we fuel our mind and our soul!

Each session will run for 1.5 hours and will be an interactive mix of workshop material and activities.
The four week course will be an investment of $120 / person.
Over the four weeks we will cover a range of topics around what we eat (carbs, protein and fat ratios) and how our body assimilates and uses what we eat. The interaction of food on mood, the effect of stress on our bodies and the emotional aspects of healthy eating, as well as learning practical take home tools to help you navigate your body and find your way to optimal balance.
We will discuss the important concept of conscious consumption and how we can positively impact our local environment and community with our food choices. Finally, we will dive into meditation, mindfulness and yoga practices that support our body's journey to balance.
