- Journeying to the top of the mat through all the different variations like stepping, jumping, floating and handstand
- Ways to land in chaturanga from the top of the mat This will be a progressive workshop so where ever you are at in your practice there’ll be something for you.
From Chris: Something that came up for me in class just the other day was that having the ability to jump, float or handstand to the top of the mat gave me so many options rather than just walking up each and every time.
