Curious about arm balances but not sure where to begin? Or perhaps you've been practising poses like Crow and Side Crow and would love to understand them more deeply?
This month's Asana Lab explores the foundations of arm balancing through the lens of core integration, alignment, breath and confidence. Together we'll break down key postures step-by-step, focusing on the strength, stability and body awareness that make these poses feel lighter and more accessible.
We'll explore preparatory exercises, core activation techniques, shoulder stability, and a range of arm balances including Bakasana (Crow Pose), Side Crow and other playful variations suited to your level of experience.
This workshop is suitable for both newer and more experienced practitioners. Whether your feet leave the floor or not, you'll gain valuable tools to improve balance, coordination, strength and confidence in your practice.
