About the Course
Are you ready to step into your fullest potential? To feel more connected, peaceful, and inspired?
Our 200-hour Hatha Vinyasa Teacher Training is a transformative deep dive into the heart of yoga—its philosophy, breath, movement, and lifelong wisdom.
This four-month journey is designed for:
✨ Those who want to teach yoga professionally
✨ Those who want to deepen their personal practice
It doesn’t matter if your goal is to teach or not. What matters is your intention. Let go of expectations and allow the path to unfold.
Yoga means union—with yourself, others, nature, and universal consciousness. This training is a journey home, an exploration of the self through heart-based learning, intuition, and deep practice.
Who Can Join?
We recommend at least six months of regular practice, but experience with advanced poses is NOT required. You don’t need to be able to do a handstand—you just need an open heart, a willingness to learn, and the courage to expand your horizons.
Limited spots to ensure an intimate, supportive learning experience.
FREE unlimited studio membership included for the duration of the training.
Yoga Alliance International Certified—qualify to teach worldwide.

Meet Your Lead Teacher: Clare Lovelace
At my core, I believe in love—that we are all naturally compassionate, kind, and deeply connected. My purpose is to hold space for you to rediscover your magic, trust in yourself, and move through life with joy and authenticity.
My journey with yoga began when I was searching for something more—a deeper connection, a sense of belonging. Through movement, breath, and meditation, I found my way home.
Since completing my first 200-hour training in 2014 with Mathew Bergan (Dancing Warrior Yoga, Sydney), I’ve devoted my life to teaching. I’ve studied with masters like Sarah Powers and taught at renowned studios across Sydney, as well as for UNICEF and ABC Broadcasting.
In 2018, I founded Soul Tribe Studio, where I’ve been leading teacher trainings, retreats, and classes ever since.
I know firsthand how this practice can change everything—not just the way you move, but the way you see yourself and the world.
I can’t wait to walk this path with you. 💛
FAQ’s
💭 I can’t do advanced poses—does that matter?
Not at all! Yoga is about how you live, not what you can do physically. Over four months, you’ll find more strength, space, and confidence in body, mind, and heart.
💭 I don’t want to teach—will I still benefit?
Absolutely. Many students join for personal growth, not to teach. This training will enrich everything in your life, helping you live in alignment with your truest self.
💭 I want to teach—will this prepare me?
YES! From week one, you’ll gain hands-on teaching experience. Many of our graduates now teach at Soul Tribe and beyond!
💭 What if I can’t make all the weekends?
Live-streaming and recorded sessions are available, plus catch-up options. You’ll also have lifetime access to our online learning platform.
💭 Will I be certified to teach?
Yes! Upon completion, you’ll be registered with Yoga Alliance International, allowing you to teach worldwide. Just make sure to have First Aid certification and public liability insurance.

YTT Info Session with Clare
💫 YOGA TEACHER TRAINING INFO SESSION
Saturday 14 June | 11am–12pm
In-Studio at Soul Tribe + on Zoom
Thinking about doing your Yoga Teacher Training—but not sure if it’s the right time, the right fit, or even if it’s for you?
This free Info Session is a chance to get clarity. I’ll walk you through everything you need to know about our upcoming 200hr Soul Tribe Yoga Teacher Training, starting Friday 9 August.
Yoga teacher training is not about learning how to do a great ‘downward facing dog’. It’s about getting intimate with the parts of yourself that have been under the surface for many years, maybe things that feel scary or challenging but that actually contain the seeds of your fullest potential.
Yoga teacher training is about accepting yourself as you are, it’s about saying NO once and for all to those self limited beliefs or stories of unworthiness.
It’s about taking responsibility for your own life, turning towards the light whilst embracing the shadow and realising ultimately they are one.
It’s about resourcing yourself with a toolkit of physical, energetic, emotional and mental strengthening practices that actually support you through the waves of life. These tools allow you to surf the waves rather than get stuck in them.
I’m so grateful to be able to do this work. I learn so much every time. This will be the 9th Yoga Teacher Training I’ve run at Soul Tribe and each year the course becomes deeper and richer.
If you’re even the tiniest bit curious, this info session is for you. Either in person or via zoom.
We’ll cover:
Who this training is for
The course structure, schedule, and what you'll learn
How we integrate anatomy, sequencing, philosophy, and real-world teaching skills
What makes Soul Tribe’s approach different (intimate group size, real feedback, deep mentorship)
Payment options—including 12-month and 18-month plans
There’ll be space for any questions you’ve got. Whether you're a “maybe” or already halfway to “yes,” come along and get a feel for the training and the community that holds it.
You can join in-person or via Zoom—just let us know when you book which one you’ll attend.
