Qi Gong -Returning to Balance

Qigong Basics: Returning to Balance

Saturday 12 September 11:00am - 3:00pm

An introduction to Qigong through movement, sound and meditation

In a world that often encourages us to do more, achieve more and move faster, Qigong offers an invitation to embrace the slow revolution — to pause, breathe and reconnect with the wisdom of the body.

The body is the doorway to awareness.

Through gentle movement, breath, healing sounds and meditation, you’ll learn the basics of Qigong: how to build energy, release tension and find your natural rhythm again.

This half-day workshop (11-3pm) is an introduction to the ancient practice of Qigong. Whether you are seeking support, renewal or simply curious to explore, this is a space to come as you are and begin where you are. No previous experience is needed.

Together we will explore:

Gentle moving Qigong exercises

Tai Chi Shibashi (a simple flowing sequence)

The Six Healing Sounds for emotional balance

Lower Dantian breathing and grounding practices

Short meditation and stillness to settle and integrate

A gentle invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and remember the joy, ease and connection that come when we return home to our bodies.

Investment: $99 non-members, $89 members

Location: Soul Tribe Studio Mogo

You are also invited to bring a plate to share for lunch.

Yin in Sound with Jessi & Nath

YIN IN SOUND

with Jess & Nate

Saturday 10 October | 1:30–3:30pm
Soul Tribe Studio, Mogo

An immersive two-hour journey of Yin Yoga and extraordinary live music.

Join Jess and Nate for an afternoon designed to slow you down, draw you inward and immerse you in the healing combination of movement, stillness and sound.

Jess will guide a deeply nourishing Yin Yoga practice, weaving together long-held postures, breathwork, mindfulness and meditation. Yin invites us to soften beneath the surface — gently opening the connective tissues of the body while creating space to listen, feel and simply be.

Alongside the practice, Nate will create an entirely live and evolving soundscape, responding intuitively to the energy of the room and the unfolding practice.

An exceptionally skilled guitarist and multi-instrumentalist, Nate will weave together guitar, voice, didgeridoo, flute and ethereal nature sounds, creating a rich sonic landscape that moves from delicate and spacious to deeply resonant and transporting.

Rather than simply accompanying the practice, the music becomes part of the experience itself — something to feel through the body as much as hear.

For two hours, allow yourself to be held by Yin, breath, stillness and live sound.

No experience is necessary. All are welcome.

The Second Spring

The Second Spring

A Two-Day Workshop for Perimenopause & Menopause

Saturday 24 & Sunday 25 October

Saturday: 10:00am–4:00pm
Sunday: 10:30am–4:00pm
Lunch: 1:00–1:30pm both days

Early Bird: $450 — book before 1 October
Full Price: $495

Lunch is included both days.

Hosted by Mink Sadowsky, owner of Lightheart Therapies

Reimagining Menopause as a Passage, Not a Problem

The Second Spring is a nourishing two-day workshop exploring perimenopause and menopause through a rich blend of modern medicine, nutrition, movement, ancient wisdom and cultural traditions.

Menopause is a universal human experience, yet the way we understand and experience it can be profoundly shaped by culture. Across history and around the world, different traditions have approached this transition through ritual, community, food, movement, spirituality and a deep respect for the wisdom that comes with age.

The Second Spring brings these perspectives together with contemporary, evidence-based knowledge, creating a space to learn, question, share and reconnect with the body.

This is an invitation to move beyond the idea that menopause is simply something to endure — and instead explore it as a significant life passage, with its own possibilities for strength, freedom, wisdom and renewal.

Across Two Days, We’ll Explore

The Modern Medical Landscape

Dr Michelle Hamrosi will guide participants through the medical understanding of perimenopause and menopause.

We’ll explore:

  • What happens to the body and hormones during perimenopause and menopause

  • Common symptoms and why they occur

  • When symptoms may warrant medical investigation

  • Contemporary approaches to menopause care

  • Hormone therapy and other treatment options

  • Understanding benefits, risks and individual choices

  • How to advocate for yourself and have informed conversations with healthcare professionals

  • The importance of looking at menopause as part of whole-person health

Ancient Wisdom & Cultural Perspectives

Long before menopause was described in medical terms, cultures around the world developed their own understandings of this transition.

We’ll explore Eastern traditions and other cultural perspectives on ageing, womanhood and the transition through menopause, including the ways different traditions have understood the changing body, energy and role of women in later life.

Drawing inspiration from traditions such as Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda and other longstanding cultural practices, we’ll consider ideas around balance, nourishment, seasonal change, vitality and the relationship between body, mind and environment.

We’ll also look at the social and cultural stories surrounding menopause — including the ways some cultures have historically honoured older women as elders, knowledge-keepers and community leaders.

This session is an invitation to be curious rather than prescriptive: to explore ancient perspectives alongside modern knowledge, recognising that traditional practices can offer meaningful insights while not replacing appropriate medical care.

Yoga, Qigong & Embodied Practice

Clare Lovelace, yoga teacher and Qigong practitioner, will lead gentle practices throughout the weekend.

Through yoga, Qigong, breath and mindful movement, we’ll explore ways to:

  • Reconnect with the body

  • Support mobility, strength and balance

  • Calm and regulate the nervous system

  • Develop awareness of changing energy levels

  • Create simple practices that can be taken home

  • Cultivate a sense of grounding and vitality

Nutrition & Strength for the Second Spring

Liz Fulop, nutrition coach and personal trainer, will explore how food and movement can support us through midlife and beyond.

Her sessions will focus on practical approaches to:

  • Nourishing the changing body

  • Supporting energy and metabolic health

  • Maintaining muscle and bone strength

  • Building sustainable exercise habits

  • Understanding the importance of strength training

  • Creating realistic, enjoyable approaches to food and movement

The Wisdom of Transition

Hosted by Mink Sadowski, owner of Lightheart Therapies, the workshop will also create space for the less tangible aspects of this life stage.

What does it mean to become a different version of yourself?

What might we gain when we stop fighting every change and begin listening to what our bodies are asking for?

And what wisdom, freedom and possibility might emerge when we recognise menopause not simply as an ending, but as a threshold?

Through conversation, reflection and shared experience, we’ll explore identity, self-care, relationships, boundaries, ageing and the changing relationship we have with ourselves.

A Weekend of Nourishment & Connection

The Second Spring is designed to be both informative and experiential.

There will be time to learn from experts, move the body, rest, ask questions, share stories and connect with other women going through similar transitions.

Lunch will be lovingly catered by Grumpy and Sweethearts on both days, providing another opportunity to gather around good food and conversation.

Your Guides

Mink Sadowski — Host & Founder of Lightheart Therapies
Mink will host and facilitate the workshop, bringing together the different perspectives and creating a warm, open environment for learning, reflection and connection.

Clare Lovelace — Yoga Teacher & Qigong Practitioner
Clare will lead yoga, Qigong, breath and embodied practices throughout the two days.

Dr Michelle Hamrosi — Medical Perspective on Menopause
Dr Michelle will unpack the contemporary medical landscape, empowering participants with knowledge and questions to take into their own healthcare journey.

Liz Fulop — Nutritionist & Personal Trainer
Liz will explore nutrition, strength, movement and practical strategies for supporting health and vitality through midlife.

The Second Spring

Across cultures and throughout history, the changing seasons of a woman’s life have been understood in many different ways.

Perhaps menopause can be understood not only as a biological transition, but as an invitation to pause, reassess and step into a new chapter.

The Second Spring is a space to learn from modern medicine, ancient wisdom and each other — and to discover what this next season might hold.

Two days. Four perspectives. One powerful transition.

Jasmine Tarkeshi - The Art of Tantra

Friday 13th November - Tuesday 17th November 2026

INVESTMENT

  • Friday 13th November 1pm - 5pm

  • Saturday 14th November 9am - 4pm

  • Sunday 15th November 9am - 4pm

  • Monday 16th November 11am - 4pm

  • Tuesday 17th November 1pm - 5pm

Join Jasmine Tarkeshi, Founder of Lotusland Yoga SF and Creator of Lotus Flow Vinyasa Yoga, for an extraordinary 5-day 25-hour Teacher Training at Soul Tribe in Batemans Bay, Australia.

Jasmine will guide us on a healing and creative journey of living, practicing, and teaching through the lens of Tantra Yoga.

What You’ll Explore

You’ll learn the beautiful and often misunderstood teachings of Tantra Yoga — wisdom that invites us to live, practice, and teach in deep intimacy with nature and our own true nature.

In Sanskrit, Tantra means “weaving” or “interconnection,” from the root tan, meaning “to extend” or “expand.” One of yoga’s most ancient paths, Tantra is a system of ritual, practice, art, and healing that awakens śakti (dormant creative energy). These timeless teachings remind us how to heal our relationship with our bodies, senses, each other, and the world.

At its heart, Tantra asks us to see the sacred in the everyday — to transcend dualities such as body and spirit, dark and light, mundane and holy — and to embrace the fullness of life as a path toward freedom, creativity, and well-being.

Through this intensive, Jasmine will weave together:

  • Āsana (physical postures)

  • Prāṇāyāma (breathing practices)

  • Mudrā (sacred hand gestures)

  • Mantra (sacred sound formulas)

  • Yantra (mandalas symbolising the cosmos)

An integral aspect of Tantra is Bhakti Yoga (the yoga of devotion), with the Daśa Mahāvidyā (the Ten Great Wisdom Goddesses) at its heart — around which this training will unfold.

Training Highlights

Over five days you will:

  • Explore Tantra’s Ten Wisdom Goddesses through 90-minute Vinyasa classes and dynamic philosophy sessions

  • Discover how these teachings express themselves in the body, mind, and spirit

  • Learn simple daily rituals to weave Tantra into your practice and teaching

  • Explore yantra meditation and colouring practices with accompanying mantras

  • Study classical Tantric texts such as the Śiva Saṃhitā, which honour the body as a microcosm of the universe

You’ll also experience five Master Vinyasa classes invoking the art and soul of Tantra Yoga. Through movement, mantra, mudrā, meditation, and yoga’s rich mythology, you’ll learn to spiritualise all aspects of life and unlock your creative potential.

Class Themes

Each class explores a different aspect of the Mahāvidyā:

  1. Compassion & Wisdom – Tārā / Dumavatī
Standing poses to cultivate compassion and peace, preparing body and mind for the journey ahead.

  2. Courage, Discipline & Transformation – Bhairavī / Kālī
Fiery twists, arm balances, and tapas practices to awaken courage, discipline, and change.

  3. Truth & Transcendence of Ego – Chinnamastā / Bagalāmukhī
Inversions and practices of boldness, surrender, and cutting through illusion.

  4. Divine Abundance, Beauty & Harmony – Kamalātmikā / Tripura Sundarī
Heart-opening backbends to awaken love, generosity, and kindness.

  5. Knowledge & Creative Expression – Bhuvaneśvarī / Mātangī
Forward folds and twists to cultivate truth, honest expression, and service to all beings.

Who It’s For

This immersion is perfect for yoga teachers seeking fresh inspiration, and for dedicated practitioners wanting to dive deeper into the joy, wisdom, and freedom of Tantra Yoga.

Come away with a renewed connection to your practice, your teaching, and your life — inspired, empowered, and grounded in the sacredness of everyday living.

This month in Asana Lab, we’ll be exploring one of the most recognisable and foundational elements of yoga practice: Sun Salutes and Moon Salutes.

Often repeated in class without much explanation, these flowing sequences hold incredible depth. In this workshop, Jo will slow things down and break them apart piece by piece, helping you understand not only the shapes themselves, but how and why we move through them.

Together we’ll explore:

• Alignment and technique within common poses found in Sun and Moon Salutes
• How to transition between postures with greater ease and awareness
• Breath and movement integration
• Modifications and variations for different bodies and energy levels
• The energetic qualities of Sun and Moon practices
• Building strength, steadiness, fluidity and confidence in your flow practice

This workshop is perfect for newer students wanting a clearer understanding of vinyasa-style yoga, but also for experienced practitioners wishing to refine, revisit and deepen their foundations.

As always with Asana Lab, there will be time to ask questions, explore alignment in detail, and approach the practice with curiosity rather than performance.

Jo is a deeply experienced and thoughtful teacher with a calm, intelligent and welcoming approach to yoga. We’re so excited to have her leading this month’s lab.

Vision Board & Cacao Ceremony

Winter Cacao & Vision Board Workshop | Midyear Reflection
Saturday 6th June 2026 | 11am – 1pm
Everyone welcome
$65 | $60 for Soul Tribe members

Join Lulu for a nourishing, heart-led winter workshop designed to help you pause, reflect and realign for the second part of the year.

Winter invites us inwardly. It is a season of integration, stillness and honest self-inquiry. As we reach the middle of the year, this is a powerful time to reflect on where you have been, reconnect to what you need and consciously shape the months ahead.

Perhaps you are craving momentum. Perhaps you are needing more rest. Everyone is different, and this workshop honours that. I invite you to just enjoy the fun process of visioning, collecting and creating!

We begin in ceremony, sitting together with cacao, the heart-opening earth medicine, allowing warmth, clarity and deeper connection to arise. This will be followed by a grounding meditation and guided reflection to support you in listening inward.

From this centred, embodied space, we move into vision boarding.

Vision boarding is creative, fun and deeply powerful! From a neuroscience perspective, it helps your brain focus on what is meaningful and strengthens the connection between intention, emotion and action. By combining imagery, words and felt sense, you cultivate clarity, motivation and alignment with your values and desires.

This winter workshop weaves together:
Cacao for warmth, heart connection and emotional clarity
Guided midyear reflection
Neuroscience-informed visioning practices
Embodied awareness and intuitive listening
Creative expression with conscious intention setting
A supportive and soulful group space

You will leave feeling grounded, clear and gently reignited, carrying a renewed vision for the second half of the year and a board that serves as a daily reminder of who you are becoming or what you’re wanting to cultivate.

Please feel free to bring any previous vision boards you have created to support reflection and explore what has evolved or changed.

I would love for you to join me at Soul Tribe!

It’s a system that shows you how your energy is uniquely designed to operate in the world and how to work with that, instead of against it.

At its core, Human Design brings us back to something simple but powerful
you are not meant to live like everyone else.

In this 2.5 hour workshop, we’ll explore the foundations of your design in a way that is practical, grounded, and immediately applicable to your life.

We’ll cover

• The five energy types, Manifestor, Generator, Manifesting Generator, Projector, Reflector
• Your Strategy, how to move through life with more ease and less resistance
• Your Authority, how to make decisions that are truly aligned for you
• An introduction to centres, where you are consistent and where you are open to influence
• How to start working with your design in real, everyday ways

This isn’t about learning more information.
It’s about understanding yourself on a deeper level and beginning to trust the way your energy naturally wants to move.

Expect a mix of teaching, reflection, journalling, and real life integration.

You’ll leave with a clearer sense of how to work with your energy, not against it.

With Clare Lovelace. Clare is a 6/2 Manifesting Generator and has been working with Human Design for alignment in business and life since 2018.

Everyone welcome. No prior knowledge needed.

Eliza is a yoga teacher, mother of two, and long-time practitioner who understands the realities of building a consistent practice alongside work, family and life’s changing seasons.

Asana Lab - Strength, Stability, Support

Asana Lab - Strength, Stability, Support

ASANA LAB: Strength, Stability, Support
With Deepika
Saturday 2nd May, 1:30pm – 3:30pm

Blocks are one of the most underrated tools in a yoga practice.

Often seen as something you use when things feel “too hard”, the use of blocks can build strength, create stability, and support you to go deeper into a posture by cultivating more awarness of your body in space.

In this Asana Lab, Deepika will guide you through creative and intelligent ways to use yoga blocks to change your experience of familiar postures.

You’ll explore how blocks can
• support better alignment and awareness
• build strength in key areas of the body
• create stability in standing and balancing poses
• help you access poses in a more sustainable and supported way
• deepen your understanding of how each posture actually works

Reaching for blocks is not about making things easier.
It’s about making your practice more effective and embodied.

During the workshop, expect a mix of exploration, practical application, and perhaps some little “aha” moments that shift the way you practice.

Suitable for all levels, whether you’re newer to yoga or have been practicing for years.

About Deepika

Deepika found Soul Tribe three years ago and quickly felt a deep sense of home, community, and belonging. She teaches from the heart, sharing yoga as one of the great loves of her life.

Alongside her teaching, she is also an End of Life Doula, a path that has deepened her understanding of life, death, grief, and what it means to be present.

Nervous System Retraining

with Mink & Jo

Date: Sunday 26 April
Time: 1:30pm – 4:00pm
Location: Soul Tribe Studio

Pricing: $45 members, $55 non members

About this Workshop

In this busy era, where success is often measured by having more and doing more, it is easy for the nervous system to become overworked and under-rested.

This workshop offers a gentle and practical exploration into nervous system regulation and resilience.

Together, we will investigate ways to restore and expand your window of tolerance, supporting you to feel more steady, responsive and at ease in your daily life.

You will learn accessible, effective techniques that you can use every day to regulate your nervous system and support your overall wellbeing.

You will leave with a toolbox of practices to draw on, simple, grounded and supportive tools that can create meaningful shifts when integrated into your daily rhythm.

No previous experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome.

About Jo

Hi, I’m Jo Gates. I have been a student of yoga for over two decades. Over time, the practice has become part of who I am. The lines between what is and isn’t practice begin to dissolve, until you realise it is all the same.

The breath, the mind and the body are always with you. They can be the source of suffering, the source of healing, and everything in between.

As a yoga teacher at Soul Tribe, I draw on both Vedic and Daoist philosophies in my teaching and in my life. My favourite part of teaching is helping people recognise that they are already living their practice, and guiding them to bring more awareness to it, so it becomes even more supportive and meaningful.

About Mink

Mink from Light Heart Therapies, located within the Soul Tribe Wellness Hub, brings over two decades of experience in holistic wellness and massage.

Her work centres on nurturing practices that support nervous system regulation, restore balance and invite deep healing.

Light Heart Therapies honours each individual’s unique journey, creating space to explore what wellness means for you. Mink works collaboratively with her clients to weave a framework of care that supports emotional, physical, mental and energetic wellbeing.

She offers a sanctuary for nervous system repair, alignment and gentle reconnection. Whether through bodywork, light therapy, intuitive counselling, or simply a moment of stillness, you are stepping into a space held with intention, warmth and quiet reverence.

Time: 2pm-5pm

Ticket cost: $80

Venue: The Courtyard at Soul Tribe Studio, 57 Beach Road

Workshop Description

Slow down. Tune in. Rip something up.

This isn’t your average arts and crafts hour. Pulp Friction is a cheeky, hands-on collage workshop that invites you to explore sensuality, pleasure, and self-expression. With snacks in one hand and a glue stick in the other, you’ll explore textures, colours, and images that speak to your desires. No fine art skills required—just curiosity and a taste for the tactile.

The focus? Pleasure in process, not perfection. This is a creative ritual for your senses. We’ll tear, layer, and play, tuning into what feels good rather than what looks perfect. Along the way, you’ll be gently guided to drop into your body, follow what feels good, and let your senses have their way with the page.

All materials and nibbles provided. Feel free to bring any cutouts or source material if there are specific elements you'd like to include—we love a personal touch!

This is an 18+ event. All genders and sexual identities welcome.

Asana Lab: Forward Folds

Asana Lab: Forward Folds

ASANA LAB Forward Folds and Hamstrings

Saturday 4 April | 11:00am to 1:00pm
Taught by Clare Lovelace

ASANA LAB is a workshop series designed to refine and deepen your asana practice through intelligent alignment, embodied awareness, and practical skill building. Each session explores a specific family of postures in detail, helping you understand how to work with your own body safely and effectively.

In this ASANA LAB we turn our attention to forward folds and the hamstrings, exploring the relationship between the spine, pelvis, and the long muscles along the back of the body.

Forward folds are often misunderstood. Many students believe the goal is simply to reach further or pull deeper into the pose, yet healthy forward bending is much more subtle and intelligent than that. When approached correctly, these postures lengthen the entire posterior chain of the body, support spinal health, and have a deeply calming effect on the nervous system.

In this workshop Clare will guide you through how to fold from the hips rather than collapsing the spine, how to create length and space before moving deeper, and how to work safely with tight hamstrings or sensitive lower backs.

You will explore how props can support both strength and release, how to adapt the postures to suit your proportions, and how to balance effort with surrender in forward bending.

Postures we will explore include:

Uttanasana Standing Forward Fold
Paschimottanasana Seated Forward Fold
Janu Sirsasana Head to Knee Pose
Prasarita Padottanasana Wide Leg Forward Fold

This is a spacious and educational practice suitable for all levels. Whether you are working with tight hamstrings, looking to refine your alignment, or wanting to understand forward folds more deeply, this workshop will give you practical tools you can bring back into your regular yoga practice.

Womens Circle with Katie

Women’s Circle with Katie - Saturday 28th March 6:15-8:15pm. Free for members & $25 for non-members.

Join us to celebrate Mabon, the Autumn Equinox in the Wheel of the Year celebrations

We’ll come together with intentional presence while we share stories, craft and drink cuppas together.

Mabon is a great pause point in the year to reflect on what the harvest season has brought forward. It marks the point in the year where day and night stand in balance before we tip further into the dark here in the southern hemisphere.

This circle is a space to honour what has been gathered, what is complete and what is ready to be laid down.

You’re invited to bring a simple handcraft, anything you may be working on or what to start, such as knitting, stitching, weaving, drawing, mending, beading - anything that allows your hands to be occupied. I have found while sitting in circle that when we create with our hands, in the presence of other women, something ancient is evoked and we're reminded of this natural way of gathering together.

There will be a selection of teas available; please help yourself on arrival and take time to settle in.

This space is intimate, with 12 cushions available so please book in in advance.

This circle is for you if:

- You’re feeling the pull to slow down, simplify and take stock

- You want to honour what this season of your life has given you, without rushing to the next thing

- You're curious to learn more about the wheel of the year celebrations

- You long for deep and honest connection with women in community

If you’re coming to circle for the first time…

- You don’t need to know what you’ll say. We practice deep listening and trust in our words.

- You just need to show up as yourself, everything in circle is an invitation

So just come along as you are and bring a craft if you have one you’re working on. And if not, I’ll always have pens and paper available for colouring / drawing.

I’d love to share this space with you!

The Divine Self

The Divine Self

Join Clare and Alice for The Divine Self - a workshop born from intuition, devoted to intuition.

Clare and Alice have been working intuitively for many years, both in business and in life. Together we’ve accumulated a lifetime’s worth of experiments on what opens the channels of guidance, and what tends to block them. We’ve also learned that there’s no one fixed formula, but instead a unique, personal path that’s rooted in an ongoing relationship to life.

We’re so excited to share the tools we’ve learned along the way, and to gently unpack common questions like: how do you tell if it’s the mind, fear or anxiety talking… or if it’s actually intuition?

Over 2.5 hours we’ll take you on a journey back to your deepest self. To the steady wisdom within that leads you towards greater alignment, more ease and flow in your life.

Through a blend of experiential practice, open dialogue, and working with tools such as divination cards and pendulums, you’ll begin to recognise what your intuition feels like. We’ll explore how to notice interference, how to tune in more regularly, and how to actually trust yourself and follow those cues; even, and especially, when they don’t seem logical.

This workshop is for anyone who wants to live more intuitively and understand this sometimes hard-to-grasp but essential life skill.

Asana Lab: Backbends

ASANA LAB – Backbends & Heart Openers

ASANA LAB | Backbends & Heart Openers
Saturday 7 March | 11:00am–1:00pm
Taught by Clare Lovelace

ASANA LAB is a deep-dive workshop series designed to refine your physical yoga practice through intelligent alignment, embodied awareness, and practical skill-building. Each session focuses on a specific family of postures, offering you the tools to move with more ease, strength, and confidence, while honouring your body’s unique structure and needs.

In this ASANA LAB, we explore backbends and heart-opening postures.

Backbends are not about forcing flexibility or pushing deeper. When practiced skilfully, they build strength, resilience, and spaciousness through the spine, shoulders, hips, and nervous system. They invite us into courage, vulnerability, and an honest relationship with sensation, both physical and emotional.

In this workshop, Clare will guide you through:

  • How to prepare the body for backbends through intelligent sequencing

  • Understanding the role of the legs, pelvis, and core in safe spinal extension

  • Opening the front body without compressing the lower back

  • Shoulder and thoracic mobility for heart-opening postures

  • Working skilfully with effort, sensation, and breath

  • Modifications, prop support, and variations for different bodies

The session will include:

  • Clear anatomical explanation

  • Progressive warm-ups and strength-building

  • Exploration of accessible backbends and deeper options

  • Time for questions and integration

This workshop is suitable for curious practitioners of all levels, including teachers wanting to refine their understanding of backbending mechanics.

Obsidian Quantum Constellations: The Resonance

Obsidian Quantum Constellations: The Resonance

Obsidian Quantum Constellations: The Resonance
with Isy Gabriel

SHIFT HAPPENS.

This is a 3-hour immersive workshop and a rare opportunity to experience the Obsidian process in person.

When we gather for Obsidian, lives change. Old patterns are wiped. Paradigms are busted. It is deep work, often touching serious subject matter, yet those who return again and again speak of how surprisingly good it feels to participate. There is resonance, connection, even joy. Each process seems to flow into the next, revealing something meaningful for everyone present.

Sometimes the changes are subtle. Sometimes they are unmistakable. But they are always significant. And each time, the shifts ripple beyond the individual and into the collective. This is world work.

What is Obsidian Quantum Constellations?

No matter what you are struggling with, if it feels like a big or persistent issue, it is often an echo of the distant past. Its roots may reach far back through the ancestral line, beyond anything you consciously know.

“It didn’t start with you.”

These patterns have often been playing out for generations. Obsidian Constellations offer a way to see and honour what happened, allowing the system to finally resolve and open to new possibilities.

This is not a cognitive or talk-based process. Obsidian Constellations are phenomenological, meaning we work with what reveals itself in real time through the body and the field. The shifts are embodied, felt deeply, and often shared by everyone present who is open to receive.

Rather than working alone, we do this together. We resonate for one another. We feel the movement not only for the client, but within ourselves. The group intelligence is powerful, accelerating and grounding the change.

What happens in the workshop?

This 3-hour session may include:

One deep Obsidian Constellation, held over a longer period when a primary client is confirmed
Mini Constellations, where participants (who wish to) can bring an issue for insight and an opening shift
• Or a Resonance format, with two or three longer processes

Each format meets the field exactly as it is meant to unfold on the day.

Even a short “mini” constellation can offer profound insight and an embodied shift. Longer processes allow deeper resolution and integration. Sometimes a small shift is all that is needed for the system to gently navigate a new landscape.

Witnessing another’s process is itself ceremony. It is a sacred act of attention. To witness is to help unbind ancestral trauma frozen in time, becoming medicine for the whole lineage.

Every session is intentionally structured so that each person receives exactly what they need, in perfect synchronism.

Expect:

• Deep insight and embodied shifts
• A profound sense of resonance and connection
• Transformation that may begin and complete in the room, or open the door to further healing
• A ceremonial, respectful and expertly guided container

Maha Shivaratri evening of devotion

Maha Shivaratri — 15 February 2026

A Night of Chanting and Ceremony with Rachel

Event Details

Date: Sunday 15 February
Time: 6:30–8:00pm

Investment:
$30 Members
$35 Non-members

About the Event

Maha Shivaratri is one of the most sacred nights in the yogic calendar.
Though dedicated primarily to Lord Śiva, this powerful festival honours the union of Śiva and Śakti — consciousness and creative force — embodied through Pārvatī as Goddess Gaurī. It is a night that invites remembrance of our true nature beyond form.

Traditionally, devotees remain awake through the night, fasting, chanting and offering prayer as the veil between the human and the divine is said to thin.

Join Rachel for an evening of sacred mantra, devotional chanting by candle light and quiet contemplation, guided in the spirit of lineage and bhakti. Together we will honour the rhythm of the night through sound allowing the vibration of mantra to steady the mind, soften the heart, and awaken inner stillness.

No previous chanting experience is required.
Come as you are, and let the practice carry you.

Womens Circle with Katie

Lammas Women’s Circle — Saturday 7th February, 6:15–8:15pm
Free for members & $25 for non-members.

This is a gathering of women to mark Lammas, the first harvest on the Wheel of the Year.

We’ll come together intentionally to sit in each other's presence, sip tea and share stories in a circle that reminds us how to listen deeply.

This is the perfect space to honour what is ripening in you; it’s a space of remembering.

You’re invited to bring a simple handcraft — knitting, stitching, weaving, drawing, mending, beading — anything that might allow your hands to be occupied. I know from experience that when women create with their hands in the presence of other women, something ancient opens & nervous systems settle. I find our stories flow more easily and the making becomes a form of remembering that we were never meant to do this alone.

There will be a selection of teas available; please do help yourself on arrival and settle in.

The space is intimate, with 12 cushions available. Bookings essential.

This circle is for you if:

• You long for some spaciousness & time to fill your own cup
• You can feel a new era calling you in (well hello year of the horse, giddy up!)
• You yearn for deeper, more honest connections with women in community
• You’re curious to know your whole self, to practise deep listening, and be listened to
• You’re drawn to the rhythms of the Wheel of the Year and wish to explore them in a lived, embodied way

Lammas (Southern Hemisphere) marks the first harvest of the year, traditionally a time of gratitude, reflection and recognising the fruits of our labour.
This time of the year invites us to pause and ask: what is coming into form now, because of what I have already lived?

If you're coming to circle for the first time…
You don’t need to know what you’ll say.
You don’t need to be “good” at circle.
Just come as you are and bring a craft if you have one you're working on (if not, I'll always have some pens & paper for colouring).

I’d love to share this space with you,
Katie 🦋
