Golden Light- Autumn Retreat
Autumn is one of my favourite times of year here on the South Coast. The ocean is warm, the intensity of summer heat is fading, but there’s still a gentle warmth in the air. The light is golden!
I’m so excited to share the ‘Golden Light’ Autumn Retreat with you all.
This is the first 3-night, 4-day retreat I’ve run locally—two nights just felt too short!
This longer retreat gives you the chance to sink in, ground yourself, and settle into the beautiful paradise property of Murrah Dream. Arrive on Thursday afternoon, be greeted with chai, snacks, and lots of hugs. Settle into your gorgeous accommodation—either within the luxurious retreat house or the very glam glamping domes.
On Thursday evening, we’ll gather for our opening ceremony, where you’ll have the opportunity to share and connect with the group. We’ll then enjoy a delicious dinner with healthy dessert from Amanda at Wild Earth (her food is beyond!), followed by Yin and Yoga Nidra, setting you up for a deep, peaceful sleep.
On Friday morning, we’ll meditate on the beach at sunrise, followed by a long, juicy vinyasa yoga practice in the dome before breakfast. There’ll be plenty of free time for massages with Mink, reading by the lotus lake, swimming in the infinity pool, walking on the private beach, or hanging out with the local wildlife.
After lunch, I’ll lead a deep creativity session followed by sound healing with Vanessa Forbes, dancing, dinner, and restorative yoga.
This spacious yet inspiring schedule continues through Saturday and Sunday morning, until lunch. On Sunday afternoon, we’ll gather for our closing ceremony and depart around 3:00pm.
The intention of this retreat is to harvest all the lessons from summer, recharge after the social whirl of the holiday season, and prepare for the cooler months and darker days by committing to practices that support you through this transition.

Join Jasmine Tarkeshi, Founder of Lotusland Yoga SF and Creator of Lotus Flow Vinyasa Yoga, for an extraordinary 5-day 25-hour Teacher Training at Soul Tribe in Batemans Bay, Australia.
Jasmine will guide us on a healing and creative journey of living, practicing, and teaching through the lens of Tantra Yoga.
What You’ll Explore
You’ll learn the beautiful and often misunderstood teachings of Tantra Yoga — wisdom that invites us to live, practice, and teach in deep intimacy with nature and our own true nature.
In Sanskrit, Tantra means “weaving” or “interconnection,” from the root tan, meaning “to extend” or “expand.” One of yoga’s most ancient paths, Tantra is a system of ritual, practice, art, and healing that awakens śakti (dormant creative energy). These timeless teachings remind us how to heal our relationship with our bodies, senses, each other, and the world.
At its heart, Tantra asks us to see the sacred in the everyday — to transcend dualities such as body and spirit, dark and light, mundane and holy — and to embrace the fullness of life as a path toward freedom, creativity, and well-being.
Through this intensive, Jasmine will weave together:
Āsana (physical postures)
Prāṇāyāma (breathing practices)
Mudrā (sacred hand gestures)
Mantra (sacred sound formulas)
Yantra (mandalas symbolising the cosmos)
An integral aspect of Tantra is Bhakti Yoga (the yoga of devotion), with the Daśa Mahāvidyā (the Ten Great Wisdom Goddesses) at its heart — around which this training will unfold.
Training Highlights
Over five days you will:
Explore Tantra’s Ten Wisdom Goddesses through 90-minute Vinyasa classes and dynamic philosophy sessions
Discover how these teachings express themselves in the body, mind, and spirit
Learn simple daily rituals to weave Tantra into your practice and teaching
Explore yantra meditation and colouring practices with accompanying mantras
Study classical Tantric texts such as the Śiva Saṃhitā, which honour the body as a microcosm of the universe
You’ll also experience five Master Vinyasa classes invoking the art and soul of Tantra Yoga. Through movement, mantra, mudrā, meditation, and yoga’s rich mythology, you’ll learn to spiritualise all aspects of life and unlock your creative potential.
Class Themes
Each class explores a different aspect of the Mahāvidyā:
Compassion & Wisdom – Tārā / Dumavatī
Standing poses to cultivate compassion and peace, preparing body and mind for the journey ahead.Courage, Discipline & Transformation – Bhairavī / Kālī
Fiery twists, arm balances, and tapas practices to awaken courage, discipline, and change.Truth & Transcendence of Ego – Chinnamastā / Bagalāmukhī
Inversions and practices of boldness, surrender, and cutting through illusion.Divine Abundance, Beauty & Harmony – Kamalātmikā / Tripura Sundarī
Heart-opening backbends to awaken love, generosity, and kindness.Knowledge & Creative Expression – Bhuvaneśvarī / Mātangī
Forward folds and twists to cultivate truth, honest expression, and service to all beings.
Who It’s For
This immersion is perfect for yoga teachers seeking fresh inspiration, and for dedicated practitioners wanting to dive deeper into the joy, wisdom, and freedom of Tantra Yoga.
Come away with a renewed connection to your practice, your teaching, and your life — inspired, empowered, and grounded in the sacredness of everyday living.
