• The wisdom of Wu Xing Theory — Traditional Chinese Medicine’s Five Element framework, with a focus on the Wood Element and its connection to the season of Spring.
• Qigong warm-up practices to prepare body, breath, and mind.

• Tiger Healing Sounds — a practice to transform stress, frustration, and anger into calm, clarity, and contentment.
