Qigong Basics 101 – Embrace the Slowness is a 3-hour Qigong experience introducing the foundations of Qigong (breath and movement) and how it can support calm, balance, and nervous system regulation.
Qigong is a gentle movement and breath practice that helps you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your body. It is simple, accessible, and suitable for all bodies.
This workshop invites participants into the “slow revolution”—a return to slowing down as a powerful way to restore wellbeing in everyday life.
The session is facilitated by Angie Liu, a Medical Qigong and Radiant Lotus Women’s Qigong practitioner with over 15 years of experience working in women’s wellbeing, nervous system health, and emotional balance.
