On Sunday 26 October, our doors open wide for a day of yoga, conversation, and connection. We invite you to join us for a celebration of practice and presence, with free classes offered throughout the day and nourishing chai and snacks to share between sessions.
This open day is a chance to experience the many pathways yoga offers—whether you are stepping onto the mat for the very first time, returning after some time away, or deepening a practice you already love. Each class will be guided by our dedicated teachers, who bring their own unique approach and heart to the practice.
In between, linger a little longer. Sit with a cup of chai, meet others in the community, ask questions, and allow yourself to rest in the atmosphere of the studio. This is as much a day for connection as it is for practice.
No experience is necessary. You are welcome just as you are. Bring a friend, bring your curiosity, or simply bring yourself.
