Together you will explore where these practices come from, including the stories and teachings of the Vedas and other ancient texts, and how they ripple into modern life on and off the mat.
Expect cosy conversation rather than a lecture. Kylie makes complex ideas feel clear and down to earth, with plenty of space for questions, reflection and shared discussion. You will sip tea, enjoy simple snacks and leave feeling inspired, grounded and more connected to the deeper roots of yoga.
