“Cale vāte calam cittam, niścalaṁ niścalā bhavet”

Saturday & Sunday 16th 17th August 11am - 4pm

If the breath wanders, so does the mind. When the breath is steady, so is the mind.

– Haṭha Yoga Pradīpikā

There is only one way to reach the mind—through the breath.
Yoga teachers, you are warmly invited to a 2-day in-person immersion dedicated to the transformative practices of prāṇāyāma. Join me in demystifying and embodying these ancient techniques in a practical, accessible way.

Together, we’ll explore not only the how but the why of prāṇāyāma, so you can confidently teach standalone breathwork classes and seamlessly integrate these tools into your existing classes and private sessions.

What You’ll Gain
A clear understanding of the principles and applications of prāṇāyāma

Confidence to design and lead targeted breath practices for different outcomes

Deeper connection to the roots of this practice through ancient texts and chanting

Expanded teaching skills rooted in tradition, supported by modern methodology

As my teacher, Dr. Candrasekaran, says:
“Every technique in Yoga is like clay. The product depends entirely on the hands and teaching methodology of the potter.”
This immersion is designed to strengthen your hands as a teacher—to help you craft breathwork experiences that are intelligent, effective, and transformational.
