After a magical Journey Through the Five Spirits at our last workshop, Jos and Jo are back with the next adventure!
This time we will explore Yin and Sound through the Wu Xing (Five Elements) of Earth, Water, Wood, Fire & Metal.
Jo will guide you through various yin shapes with the support of plenty of props and hands on assists as an option. After Jo introduces you to each of the elements and shapes, Jos will serenade you with her array of instruments including drums, flute, gong, chimes and more.
