I've been running 200 hour teacher trainings for over 6 years. Every other year I've ran them over alternate weekends, but this year felt different. After visiting Murrah Dream Retreat I knew, deep in my belly the time had come for full immersion.
Imagine yourself here. Waking up every day to the sound of birds and the ocean lapping beneath. Silent meditation at the lotus lake as the sun rises. Soul -ful yoga practices in the custom built sound dome. Exquisite breakfast prepared with love, using all local ingredients from our local chefs.
The morning spent diving deep into yoga philosophy, energy work, the physical body and all of its wonders, quantum biology, human design, manifestation, Yin Yoga and deep rest, meditation, Buddhism, group work, plenty of practical teaching (yes you teach from day one!).
A long, relaxing, languid lunch break, delicious nurturing food cooked for you, time to swim, surf, bask in the sun, relax in the hot tub, get a massage or Reiki treatment, bathe in the colloidal silver infused infinity pool, read books by the lotus lake, nap and connect with your new found yoga family.
The afternoon is spent in practice and workshops, self discovery and learning how to embody the principles of yoga, not just expertly teach downward facing dog (you learn that too!). Together we shine the light on your own patterns and habits, so we can understand what’s holding you back from living your fullest potential.
After a nourishing, delicious dinner we will relax into a sound bath with Steve and Vanessa Forbes in the sound dome with gongs, Vanessa's angelic voice, drums, yidaki, crystal bowls and percussion. Some evenings we will sink into Yin & Restorative practices. There will be storytelling and singing around the fire before sinking into bed feeling satisfied and peaceful.
