Join Clare Lovelace for a transformational 50-hour Yin Yoga & Energetics Teacher Training grounded in the wisdom of the Five Elements, meridian theory and embodied philosophy. This training weaves together Yoga, Daoism, Buddhism and modern nervous system science to help you understand Yin on a deep, practical and energetic level.

Whether you’re a yoga teacher looking to expand your skillset, or a dedicated student wanting to learn more, this training will strengthen your understanding of your own body and give you the tools to teach, theme and sequence Yin Yoga with confidence and authenticity.

Online Sessions (Live + Recorded)


Thursday 16 April, 6:30–8:30pm

Friday 17 April 6:30am - 8:30am

Recordings will be uploaded to the learning platform for lifetime access.

Schedule Overview

Over the two weekends, you will experience required morning studio classes, posture labs, sequencing workshops, all elemental theory sessions, philosophy discussions, practice teaching, and daily Yin practices.

Total Hours:
• Weekend One: 20 hours
• Weekend Two: 20 hours
• Online: 4 hours
• Home Study: 6 hours
Total = 50 hours

You do not need to teach yoga to join this training. You simply need curiosity, commitment and a willingness to explore Yin on a deeper level.

Payment plans are available for all students.
A $300 deposit is required to secure your place.
The remaining balance can be paid weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

Refund Policy

To honour the integrity of the training and the limited number of places available, all payments are non-refundable.

If something unexpected arises, you may transfer your place to a future Yin Training or transfer your enrolment to another participant.

We ask that you commit mindfully and with clarity. This policy ensures that the container remains stable and supportive for everyone involved.

About Clare

Clare Lovelace has been teaching yoga since 2013. She began her training under Matthew Bergan at Dancing Warrior Yoga in Sydney’s Inner West, and has since trained extensively with teachers including Sarah Powers, Jasmine Tarkeshi, Donna Farhi, Simon Borg-Olivier and Shiva Rea.

Clare founded Soul Tribe Studio in Batemans Bay in 2018, where she teaches full-time, runs retreats and facilitates teacher trainings. Her approach blends traditional wisdom with practical, grounded teaching. She is known for her warmth, clarity and the way she weaves philosophy into embodied, accessible practice.

Yin Yoga has been one of the most transformative practices in her own life, and she is passionate about sharing it with honesty, depth and heart.
