Elevate your asana practice with Clare Lovelace in this new in-depth workshop series designed to refine your alignment, build confidence, and unlock greater ease and strength in your body. Each session breaks down key postures with clarity and care—exploring alignment, smart use of props, adapting for your unique proportions, and personalised modifications for injuries.
Workshop 1: Hip Openers – Soften, Awaken & Release
In this first ASANA Lab, we focus on freeing the hips and activating the sacral centre. Expect a spacious, exploratory practice where you’ll learn how to open the hips safely and effectively while cultivating strength and stability.
We will deconstruct and work towards:
Eka Pada Rajakapotasana – King Pigeon Pose
Hanumanasana – Full Splits
Upavistha Konasana – Wide-Angle Forward Fold
Kurmasana – Tortoise Pose
