Did you know that 2026 is the year of the FIRE HORSE in the Chinese Zodiac? The Fire Horse year is expected to be filled with passion and dynamic energy, representing innovation and the courage to move in new directions. Together we will reflect, dream, and create the visions you have for the new year.

We will sit together in ceremony with cacao, the heart-opening medicine of the earth, followed by a grounding meditation and intention setting.

From this heart-centred space, we transition into vision boarding.

Vision boarding is super fun firstly, but it’s more than making a collage. From a neuroscience perspective it actually trains your brain to think, feel, and act in ways that bring your intentions to life. By combining different pictures, words, and feelings, it encourages reflection, sharpens your focus, sparks motivation, and helps your brain notice opportunities that align with your values and dreams.

This workshop weaves together:
