Eliza is a yoga teacher, mother of two, and long-time practitioner who understands the realities of building a consistent practice alongside work, family and life’s changing seasons.
Her teaching blends intelligent movement, breathwork and meditation with a practical, sustainable approach helping students move beyond “doing a class” and into cultivating a practice that supports their nervous system, strength and clarity every day.

A daily practice creates steadiness physically, mentally and emotionally even when life feels unpredictable.

What you’ll experience and gain
In this 2–3 hour workshop, you will:
Explore a range of Asana to build strength, mobility and embodied awareness
Experience accessible Pranayama techniques to regulate energy and calm the nervous system
Be guided through practical Meditation approaches suited to modern life
Learn how to adapt practices to different time frames (10, 20, or 45 minutes)
Identify what your body and nervous system genuinely need right now
Work one-on-one with Eliza to design a personalised daily practice that fits your lifestyle, capacity and goals

Greater confidence practising at home
Tools to adjust your practice depending on energy, stress or time
