Balance is not just about standing on one leg, it is about how you move, respond, adapt, and feel confident in your body.
Join Morgan from Grounded Motion for a playful and practical workshop exploring balance from the ground up through curiosity-led movement. Balance and Play is designed for real bodies and real life, combining mobility, coordination, exploration, and whole-body awareness in a way that feels engaging, accessible, and genuinely enjoyable.
Throughout the workshop, you will experience guided movement challenges and playful exploration that support balance, body awareness, and confidence in how you move. Beginning with the feet as your foundation, you will explore how foot health, proprioception, and nervous system awareness contribute to stability, coordination, and ease in everyday life.
Modern life often limits the variety of movement your body needs to stay adaptable and responsive. This workshop reintroduces movement as something to approach with curiosity and joy, helping you reconnect with balance as a skill that can be trained, explored, and developed at any level.
Expect to wobble, learn, laugh, and leave with practical tools you can carry into your daily life.
Open to all. No prerequisites required.
