Dance Zennsation

friday 27 March 7pm - 8:30pm $33

Dance Zennsation is an inclusive movement experience designed to quiet the mind, awaken the body inviting authentic expression through dance

Dance Zennsation with Jennergy is an incredible experience to delve deeper into our beings through movement, breath and silliness.

Dance is such a powerful tool to enhance our true being and dissolve any doubt, fear, worry and comparison of ourselves to others. When we step into this state, not only do we experience freedom and fun, we build so much self-acceptance and self-confidence into our beings.

My aim for this workshop is to build a space where you can step into this freedom, get out of your head and into your body. Letting go of what it looks like and come back to what it feels like.

There will be a series of group exercises, a dance circle, high-energy movement and an opportunity to express your true & raw WEIRDISM and animal like expression. Then ending with a beautiful slow down dance in our own journeys to the ground where we SOFTEN in our bodies through intuitive yin yoga poses and back into our heart spaces.

Ending with a deep-guided loving song to illuminate your heart and with a heart-felt meditation to honour what our bodies, mind, heart and soul are all capable of when you LET GO & PLAY!!!

Feeling the beat of our own heart drum and allow the smiles, fun and freedom of our inner-children to experience and illuminate the LOVE through our entire being.

Dance is so fun and free, and when you tap into this freedom, letting go of the stories in your head; you become a permission slip for someone else to experience this freedom too!!!

You can access this wild, fun, free feeling without alcohol or drugs.

Step into your true, UNAPOLYGETIC, AUTHENTIC, WILD self and dance your way through your life with ease and JOY!

Come as you are and experience your little you coming out to play and DANCE FREELY !!!

All ages are welcome!

This is such a SAFE & BRAVE space to express, let go, be and LOVE!

I have been running these workshops at Music Festivals and they have been so incredibly AWAKENING for every single being who leans into the edge and chooses to EXPRESS their WEIRDISM and CHILDLIKE CURIOSITY!!

I am so excited to bring this workshop to studios and plan on bringing more and more of them all around the southcoast to inspire every being to tap into the FREEDOM that exists within their heart & soul... longing to come out and DANCE!!

The Divine Self

The Divine Self

Join Clare and Alice for The Divine Self - a workshop born from intuition, devoted to intuition.

Clare and Alice have been working intuitively for many years, both in business and in life. Together we’ve accumulated a lifetime’s worth of experiments on what opens the channels of guidance, and what tends to block them. We’ve also learned that there’s no one fixed formula, but instead a unique, personal path that’s rooted in an ongoing relationship to life.

We’re so excited to share the tools we’ve learned along the way, and to gently unpack common questions like: how do you tell if it’s the mind, fear or anxiety talking… or if it’s actually intuition?

Over 2.5 hours we’ll take you on a journey back to your deepest self. To the steady wisdom within that leads you towards greater alignment, more ease and flow in your life.

Through a blend of experiential practice, open dialogue, and working with tools such as divination cards and pendulums, you’ll begin to recognise what your intuition feels like. We’ll explore how to notice interference, how to tune in more regularly, and how to actually trust yourself and follow those cues; even, and especially, when they don’t seem logical.

This workshop is for anyone who wants to live more intuitively and understand this sometimes hard-to-grasp but essential life skill.

Womens Circle with Katie

Womens Circle with Katie

Women’s Circle with Katie - Saturday 28th March 6:15-8:15pm. Free for members & $25 for non-members.

Join us to celebrate Mabon, the Autumn Equinox in the Wheel of the Year celebrations

We’ll come together with intentional presence while we share stories, craft and drink cuppas together.

Mabon is a great pause point in the year to reflect on what the harvest season has brought forward. It marks the point in the year where day and night stand in balance before we tip further into the dark here in the southern hemisphere.

This circle is a space to honour what has been gathered, what is complete and what is ready to be laid down.

You’re invited to bring a simple handcraft, anything you may be working on or what to start, such as knitting, stitching, weaving, drawing, mending, beading - anything that allows your hands to be occupied. I have found while sitting in circle that when we create with our hands, in the presence of other women, something ancient is evoked and we're reminded of this natural way of gathering together.

There will be a selection of teas available; please help yourself on arrival and take time to settle in.

This space is intimate, with 12 cushions available so please book in in advance.

This circle is for you if:

- You’re feeling the pull to slow down, simplify and take stock

- You want to honour what this season of your life has given you, without rushing to the next thing

- You're curious to learn more about the wheel of the year celebrations

- You long for deep and honest connection with women in community

If you’re coming to circle for the first time…

- You don’t need to know what you’ll say. We practice deep listening and trust in our words.

- You just need to show up as yourself, everything in circle is an invitation

So just come along as you are and bring a craft if you have one you’re working on. And if not, I’ll always have pens and paper available for colouring / drawing.

I’d love to share this space with you!

Asana Lab: Forward Folds

ASANA LAB Forward Folds and Hamstrings

Saturday 4 April | 11:00am to 1:00pm
Taught by Clare Lovelace

ASANA LAB is a workshop series designed to refine and deepen your asana practice through intelligent alignment, embodied awareness, and practical skill building. Each session explores a specific family of postures in detail, helping you understand how to work with your own body safely and effectively.

In this ASANA LAB we turn our attention to forward folds and the hamstrings, exploring the relationship between the spine, pelvis, and the long muscles along the back of the body.

Forward folds are often misunderstood. Many students believe the goal is simply to reach further or pull deeper into the pose, yet healthy forward bending is much more subtle and intelligent than that. When approached correctly, these postures lengthen the entire posterior chain of the body, support spinal health, and have a deeply calming effect on the nervous system.

In this workshop Clare will guide you through how to fold from the hips rather than collapsing the spine, how to create length and space before moving deeper, and how to work safely with tight hamstrings or sensitive lower backs.

You will explore how props can support both strength and release, how to adapt the postures to suit your proportions, and how to balance effort with surrender in forward bending.

Postures we will explore include:

Uttanasana Standing Forward Fold
Paschimottanasana Seated Forward Fold
Janu Sirsasana Head to Knee Pose
Prasarita Padottanasana Wide Leg Forward Fold

This is a spacious and educational practice suitable for all levels. Whether you are working with tight hamstrings, looking to refine your alignment, or wanting to understand forward folds more deeply, this workshop will give you practical tools you can bring back into your regular yoga practice.

Building a Daily Practice

‘Building your daily practice’

Saturday 9th May 11am - 1:30pm

$65 or $60 for Soul Tribe members

Your facilitator

Eliza is a yoga teacher, mother of two, and long-time practitioner who understands the realities of building a consistent practice alongside work, family and life’s changing seasons.

Her teaching blends intelligent movement, breathwork and meditation with a practical, sustainable approach helping students move beyond “doing a class” and into cultivating a practice that supports their nervous system, strength and clarity every day.

Why is a daily practice important?

A daily practice creates steadiness physically, mentally and emotionally even when life feels unpredictable.

Small, consistent moments on the mat build resilience, clarity and a deeper connection to yourself over time.

What you’ll experience and gain

In this 2–3 hour workshop, you will:

  • Explore a range of Asana to build strength, mobility and embodied awareness

  • Experience accessible Pranayama techniques to regulate energy and calm the nervous system

  • Be guided through practical Meditation approaches suited to modern life

  • Learn how to adapt practices to different time frames (10, 20, or 45 minutes)

  • Identify what your body and nervous system genuinely need right now

  • Work one-on-one with Eliza to design a personalised daily practice that fits your lifestyle, capacity and goals

You’ll leave with:

  • A written, realistic daily practice plan

  • Greater confidence practising at home

  • Tools to adjust your practice depending on energy, stress or time

  • A renewed sense of motivation and clarity

Asana Lab: Backbends

ASANA LAB – Backbends & Heart Openers

ASANA LAB | Backbends & Heart Openers
Saturday 7 March | 11:00am–1:00pm
Taught by Clare Lovelace

ASANA LAB is a deep-dive workshop series designed to refine your physical yoga practice through intelligent alignment, embodied awareness, and practical skill-building. Each session focuses on a specific family of postures, offering you the tools to move with more ease, strength, and confidence, while honouring your body’s unique structure and needs.

In this ASANA LAB, we explore backbends and heart-opening postures.

Backbends are not about forcing flexibility or pushing deeper. When practiced skilfully, they build strength, resilience, and spaciousness through the spine, shoulders, hips, and nervous system. They invite us into courage, vulnerability, and an honest relationship with sensation, both physical and emotional.

In this workshop, Clare will guide you through:

  • How to prepare the body for backbends through intelligent sequencing

  • Understanding the role of the legs, pelvis, and core in safe spinal extension

  • Opening the front body without compressing the lower back

  • Shoulder and thoracic mobility for heart-opening postures

  • Working skilfully with effort, sensation, and breath

  • Modifications, prop support, and variations for different bodies

The session will include:

  • Clear anatomical explanation

  • Progressive warm-ups and strength-building

  • Exploration of accessible backbends and deeper options

  • Time for questions and integration

This workshop is suitable for curious practitioners of all levels, including teachers wanting to refine their understanding of backbending mechanics.

Obsidian Quantum Constellations: The Resonance

Obsidian Quantum Constellations: The Resonance

Obsidian Quantum Constellations: The Resonance
with Isy Gabriel

SHIFT HAPPENS.

This is a 3-hour immersive workshop and a rare opportunity to experience the Obsidian process in person.

When we gather for Obsidian, lives change. Old patterns are wiped. Paradigms are busted. It is deep work, often touching serious subject matter, yet those who return again and again speak of how surprisingly good it feels to participate. There is resonance, connection, even joy. Each process seems to flow into the next, revealing something meaningful for everyone present.

Sometimes the changes are subtle. Sometimes they are unmistakable. But they are always significant. And each time, the shifts ripple beyond the individual and into the collective. This is world work.

What is Obsidian Quantum Constellations?

No matter what you are struggling with, if it feels like a big or persistent issue, it is often an echo of the distant past. Its roots may reach far back through the ancestral line, beyond anything you consciously know.

“It didn’t start with you.”

These patterns have often been playing out for generations. Obsidian Constellations offer a way to see and honour what happened, allowing the system to finally resolve and open to new possibilities.

This is not a cognitive or talk-based process. Obsidian Constellations are phenomenological, meaning we work with what reveals itself in real time through the body and the field. The shifts are embodied, felt deeply, and often shared by everyone present who is open to receive.

Rather than working alone, we do this together. We resonate for one another. We feel the movement not only for the client, but within ourselves. The group intelligence is powerful, accelerating and grounding the change.

What happens in the workshop?

This 3-hour session may include:

One deep Obsidian Constellation, held over a longer period when a primary client is confirmed
Mini Constellations, where participants (who wish to) can bring an issue for insight and an opening shift
• Or a Resonance format, with two or three longer processes

Each format meets the field exactly as it is meant to unfold on the day.

Even a short “mini” constellation can offer profound insight and an embodied shift. Longer processes allow deeper resolution and integration. Sometimes a small shift is all that is needed for the system to gently navigate a new landscape.

Witnessing another’s process is itself ceremony. It is a sacred act of attention. To witness is to help unbind ancestral trauma frozen in time, becoming medicine for the whole lineage.

Every session is intentionally structured so that each person receives exactly what they need, in perfect synchronism.

Expect:

• Deep insight and embodied shifts
• A profound sense of resonance and connection
• Transformation that may begin and complete in the room, or open the door to further healing
• A ceremonial, respectful and expertly guided container

Maha Shivaratri evening of devotion

A Night of Chanting and Ceremony with Rachel

Event Details

Date: Sunday 15 February
Time: 6:30–8:00pm

Investment:
$30 Members
$35 Non-members

About the Event

Maha Shivaratri is one of the most sacred nights in the yogic calendar.
Though dedicated primarily to Lord Śiva, this powerful festival honours the union of Śiva and Śakti — consciousness and creative force — embodied through Pārvatī as Goddess Gaurī. It is a night that invites remembrance of our true nature beyond form.

Traditionally, devotees remain awake through the night, fasting, chanting and offering prayer as the veil between the human and the divine is said to thin.

Join Rachel for an evening of sacred mantra, devotional chanting by candle light and quiet contemplation, guided in the spirit of lineage and bhakti. Together we will honour the rhythm of the night through sound allowing the vibration of mantra to steady the mind, soften the heart, and awaken inner stillness.

No previous chanting experience is required.
Come as you are, and let the practice carry you.

Womens Circle with Katie

Lammas Women’s Circle — Saturday 7th February, 6:15–8:15pm
Free for members & $25 for non-members.

This is a gathering of women to mark Lammas, the first harvest on the Wheel of the Year.

We’ll come together intentionally to sit in each other's presence, sip tea and share stories in a circle that reminds us how to listen deeply.

This is the perfect space to honour what is ripening in you; it’s a space of remembering.

You’re invited to bring a simple handcraft — knitting, stitching, weaving, drawing, mending, beading — anything that might allow your hands to be occupied. I know from experience that when women create with their hands in the presence of other women, something ancient opens & nervous systems settle. I find our stories flow more easily and the making becomes a form of remembering that we were never meant to do this alone.

There will be a selection of teas available; please do help yourself on arrival and settle in.

The space is intimate, with 12 cushions available. Bookings essential.

This circle is for you if:

• You long for some spaciousness & time to fill your own cup
• You can feel a new era calling you in (well hello year of the horse, giddy up!)
• You yearn for deeper, more honest connections with women in community
• You’re curious to know your whole self, to practise deep listening, and be listened to
• You’re drawn to the rhythms of the Wheel of the Year and wish to explore them in a lived, embodied way

Lammas (Southern Hemisphere) marks the first harvest of the year, traditionally a time of gratitude, reflection and recognising the fruits of our labour.
This time of the year invites us to pause and ask: what is coming into form now, because of what I have already lived?

If you're coming to circle for the first time…
You don’t need to know what you’ll say.
You don’t need to be “good” at circle.
Just come as you are and bring a craft if you have one you're working on (if not, I'll always have some pens & paper for colouring).

I’d love to share this space with you,
Katie 🦋

Asana Lab: Twists

Asana Lab: Twists

ASANA LAB – Twists & Spinal Mobility

Saturday 7 February | 11:00am–1:00pm
Taught by Clare Lovelace

ASANA LAB is a deep-dive workshop series designed to refine your physical yoga practice through intelligent alignment, embodied awareness, and practical skill-building. Each session focuses on a specific family of postures, offering you the tools to move with more ease, strength, and confidence, while honouring your body’s unique structure and needs.

In this ASANA LAB, we explore twists and spinal mobility, one of the most essential and misunderstood categories of yoga postures.

Twists are powerful practices for the body and nervous system. They help maintain spinal health, improve mobility, support digestion, and cultivate a sense of internal clarity and renewal. When done well, twists feel spacious and nourishing. When rushed or forced, they can create compression and strain. This workshop is about learning the difference.

Clare will guide you through how to twist from integrity rather than force, exploring:

  • How the spine is designed to rotate

  • Where twists should initiate and where they should soften

  • How to create length before rotation

  • How breath supports safe and effective twisting

  • How to modify for different bodies, injuries, and levels of experience

You’ll learn how to use props skilfully to support spinal length, stability, and ease, and how to adapt twisting postures to suit your proportions; whether you’re stiff, hypermobile, or somewhere in between.

The workshop will include detailed exploration of a range of seated, standing, and supine twists, such as:

  • Seated spinal twists

  • Revolved standing postures

  • Supine twists for restoration and nervous system regulation

This is a spacious, educational, and embodied practice — ideal for anyone wanting to deepen their understanding of twists, improve spinal mobility, or bring more intelligence into their regular yoga classes.

Suitable for all levels.

Vision Board & Cacao Ceremony

🔥✨ Cacao, Manifesting & Visioning Board Workshop – Awakening Your Fire Horse Year (2026) ✨🔥
Saturday 10th January, 11am – 1pm
Everyone welcome
$65 or $60 for Soul Tribe members

Join Lulu for a fun, creative, and inspiring workshop.

Did you know that 2026 is the year of the FIRE HORSE in the Chinese Zodiac? The Fire Horse year is expected to be filled with passion and dynamic energy, representing innovation and the courage to move in new directions. Together we will reflect, dream, and create the visions you have for the new year.

We will sit together in ceremony with cacao, the heart-opening medicine of the earth, followed by a grounding meditation and intention setting.

From this heart-centred space, we transition into vision boarding.

Vision boarding is super fun firstly, but it’s more than making a collage. From a neuroscience perspective it actually trains your brain to think, feel, and act in ways that bring your intentions to life. By combining different pictures, words, and feelings, it encourages reflection, sharpens your focus, sparks motivation, and helps your brain notice opportunities that align with your values and dreams.

This workshop weaves together:
✨ Cacao for heart opening and emotional clarity
✨ Neuroscience-informed visioning practices
✨ Embodied reflection and intuitive listening
✨ Creative expression and goal setting
✨ A supportive, soulful group environment
✨ The fierce, expansive energy of the Fire Horse year

You will leave feeling inspired, ignited, connected, and aligned, carrying a clear vision for 2026 and a board that becomes a daily reminder of who you’re becoming.

I would love for you to come and join me at Soul Tribe. Can’t wait.

Love,
Lulu x

NYE Somatic Dance Party

Somatic Dance Party: New Year’s Eve 2025

Dance Your Way to Freedom

Wednesday 31st December $30

7:00 – 9:00 PM

Alcohol & Drug-Free Experience

Want to go dancing on New Year's Eve to let it all go but don't really want the pressure of being in a social environment? Soul Tribe Studio has got you covered!

As the final hours of 2025 fade, you’re invited to step into a sacred space of movement, release, and renewal.

Join us on New Year's Eve for a Somatic Dance party. This free-form movement journey is designed to help you let go of the year gone by and awaken the energy you wish to carry into 2026.

This isn’t about learning steps or looking a certain way. It’s about allowing your body to speak — through rhythm, shaking, stillness, and flow. Each movement becomes an offering: a soft goodbye to what you’ve outgrown, and a warm welcome to what’s ready to bloom.

Through music, breath, and embodied awareness, we’ll move through waves of energy - grounding, rising, releasing, and returning to stillness. Supported by somatic principles,  this practice helps calm the nervous system, release tension, and reconnect you with your natural vitality.

Dress for the occasion - wear what makes you feel alive, radiant, and free.
Bring water, a journal & pen (paper will also be provided if needed), curiosity, and an open heart.
No experience needed - simply come as you are.

We’ll close the evening in reflection and stillness, anchoring our intentions for the year ahead. Clear, embodied, and full of possibility.

108 Sun Salutations with Clare

108 Sun Salutations — Summer Solstice Ritual

with Clare Lovelace

Sunday 21 December | 6:00am –8:00am
Free for Soul Tribe Members | $30 Non-Members

As the sun rises on the summer solstice, the brightest and most expansive day of the year, join me for this 108 sun salute practice to honour the light , within and without. The solstice marks a powerful turning point, a moment to pause, reflect, and celebrate the fullness of life’s energy before the gradual return toward balance.

I'll be guiding you through 108 Sun Salutations, a ritual steeped in meaning. In yogic tradition, 108 represents wholeness, the bridge between the individual and the infinite. Even the cosmos echoes this sacred geometry:

🌞 The distance from Earth to the Sun is roughly 108 times the Sun’s diameter,
🌕 The distance from Earth to the Moon is 108 times the Moon’s diameter.

These patterns mirror the harmony between the human body, the Earth, and the heavens, reminding us that our practice is part of something vast and beautifully ordered.

Join me for this challenging, yet meditative practice and celebrate the longest day of the year!

☀️ All levels welcome — rest as needed.

Soul Tribe 7th Birthday Party

Soul Tribe 7th Birthday Party

Soul Tribe Studio invites you to its 7th birthday and the very first Music & Words for Relaxation & Wellbeing event, a night of free, live original, dance floor friendly music. This unique program, designed and implemented by the local charity OPEN HARTS (www.openharts.org) and financially supported with funding from the Foundation for Rural and Regional Renewal  (www.frrr.org.au ) brings together local band DMD (Dave Tweedie - guitar, Aiden Haworth - drums and Doug Skipper - didgeridoo) in a celebration of original music, uplifting live performance and community connection and wellbeing.

Saturday 6 December in Soul Tribe Courtyard 6pm - 10pm, all proceeds to Open Harts Charity.

DMD (Dave Tweedie – guitar, Aiden Haworth – drums and Doug Skipper – didgeridoo) creates a sonic alchemy through the fusion of didgeridoo, guitar, and drums. Born from a desire to bridge ancient sounds with contemporary innovation, DMD crafts deeply rhythmic and atmospheric music that defies easy categorisation. The resonant drones and percussive rhythms of the didgeridoo lay a primal foundation, over which the drums build both a nuanced and driving beat. The electric and acoustic guitar adds layers of hypnotic melody, ambient textures and raw power. DMD’s largely improvised sound weaves meditative soundscapes, melodic grooves and high-energy tribal beats into a sonic tapestry of rhythm and resonance.

Tickets are FREE!! Donations welcome.

Womens Circle with Katie

Perhaps you’re calling in deeper connection with other women in your community?

Maybe you’re curious to skip the small talk and speak more openly & honestly?

Are you looking to carve out some time for yourself in a supportive environment?

I believe women’s circles can be spaces to gather without the need to ‘pretend’. They can be a place where we can lay down the masks we wear in daily life and women often feel a sense of togetherness amongst the other women they sit with.

Come along if you feel the calling for this kind of connection.

My circles include a mix of simple craft, ritual, a sharing circle around a theme, honouring of the seasons, connection over cuppas & cake and some fun!

Come as you are. All women welcome.

Vocal Activation Workshop

Vocal Activation Workshop

Vocal Activation Workshop
Soul Tribe, Batemans Bay
Saturday 15th November | 6:30pm – 8:30pm
$45 | $35 for members

Join Jos for an evening of sound, breath, and expression designed to awaken and free your voice. In this immersive Vocal Activation Workshop, you’ll be guided through a journey of opening and balancing the throat chakra using mudras, mantra, breathwork, movement, and playful vocal practices.

Voice activation is a powerful practice with benefits that reach far beyond sound. Working with the voice helps regulate the parasympathetic nervous system, tones the vagus nerve, and calms the body into a state of rest and repair. It can build confidence, release blocked energy, improve communication, and strengthen your sense of self-expression. Through vibration and resonance, the voice becomes a tool for emotional release, nervous system balance, and deeper connection to yourself and others.

Together, in a safe and supportive space, we will:

  • Set personal intentions for our voice and expression.

  • Use mudras, sound, and vibration to clear blocks and open the throat chakra.

  • Explore fun and freeing vocal warm-ups and sound play.

  • Experience group sound-making, from rhythmic layers to melodic weaving.

  • Connect deeply with community through shared voice and presence.

No singing experience is needed—just a willingness to explore, release, and express. This practice invites you to let go of fear, judgment, and perfection, and instead discover the joy of sound as medicine for the body, heart, and spirit.

We’ll close the evening with a grounding circle and a shared “sea of Oms,” leaving you feeling clear, connected, and uplifted.
